About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to oversee key client accounts within TikTok Shop and e-commerce operations. This role is essential to ensure the proper execution of campaigns, coordination of livestreams, strong client relationships, and administrative follow-up—driving consistent results and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned brands.
- Manage client requests, ongoing projects, and day-to-day needs.
- Coordinate communication with internal teams (operations, production, marketing, sales, finance, and logistics).
- Monitor performance metrics, campaign results, and overall outcomes.
- Prepare weekly, biweekly, or monthly performance reports.
- Create and manage weekly livestream schedules, including time slots, hosts, and featured products.
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, product launches, and live sessions.
- Validate host attendance, livestream sessions, commissions, and bonuses.
- Coordinate required information and documentation for host payments.
- Handle client billing processes,



including invoice review, data validation, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain organized records of issued, pending, and paid invoices.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose operational or commercial solutions.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing, or TikTok Shop (preferred).
- Basic experience in billing, payment tracking, or administrative processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
