Position Description:
- We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant (HRA) with a sharp focus on process improvement and an unrelenting commitment to precision.
- You will oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- You will implement and enforce HR policies to meet compliance standards and facilitate a professional, results-driven work environment.

HRA Duties
- HR Operations: Full management of HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws.
- Process Enhancement: Identify inefficiencies, propose,



and implement process improvements across HR functions to optimize workflow.
- Training & Development: Facilitate employee training programs, equipping our team with essential skills and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Employee Communications:Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries, and manage internal HR communications with discretion.
- Onboarding & Offboarding for new hires and departing employees.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate travel and scheduling for employees as needed.

Location
- 100% work from home (remote)

Schedule:
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Central Standard Time, Saturday as needed

- MUST reside in the central time zone or a similar time zone
