The Opportunity:
As a Principal Business Analyst, you will take ownership of business analysis activities of medium to high complexity, working closely with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams within the CAPTIVATE Planisware platform.
Working closely with product management, product owners, and delivery teams,
you will lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle—from initial intake through delivery and closure. This includes configuration issues, data model changes, platform enhancements, and reporting fixes. You will validate user stories, drive functional testing, and own the closure process for delivered solutions, ensuring outcomes are fully aligned with business needs.
You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date requirements documentation, enabling consistent, efficient, and high-quality delivery across all request types.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary functional interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requests are clearly understood, properly scoped, and aligned with business objectives.
- Own the review of configuration issues and data model changes, assessing functional dependencies and identifying technical complexity prior to governance approval.
