LOCATION: GARCIA, ACTUAL LEÓN

Job Purpose:
To support all site facility services for an office of 50 workstations, 2 conference rooms, training room, break room and cafes which serves as the García site and other corporate functions including ISC and NPR.



This role will be the first point of contact for all vendors, contractors and visitors to the Nashville HQ office and will administer all safety and site access needs. The facility manager will interface with Site Management and all site teams to provide courteous, timely and professional services to support safety, harmony, maintenance and effective use of all site amenities and promote an effective work environment and positive corporate culture. Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and adhere to AN principles of safety, integrity and sustainability.

Key Activities:
Site Safety and Access
- Oversee reception desk duties including badging all site personnel, maintain visitor log, badging and safety training guests/visitors, manage vendors, monitor freight elevator needs and access.
