We're looking for a skilled UKG Pro Analyst to join our People Systems team — someone who knows the platform inside and out and genuinely enjoys helping people get the most out of it. You'll be the go-to resource for day-to-day system support, report building, and configuration, keeping our HR operations running smoothly and our internal customers well taken care of. Serve as the primary UKG Pro subject matter expert for the People Ops team — fielding requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely, high-quality support Manage and triage incoming People Systems requests through Jira, ensuring tickets are prioritized, tracked, and resolved with clear communication back to stakeholders Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in UKG Pro to support HR, Finance, and business leaders Document system processes, configuration changes,



and reporting standards to support a scalable, well-governed environment What we're looking for 3-5 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience, with strong proficiency in report building (Cognos or UKG Reporting) and system configuration Experience managing incoming requests through a ticketing system (Jira or similar preferred) Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining data integrity (experience with SOX audit controls preferred) Clear, confident communicator — in writing and in person In this role, you'll have real ownership over a critical platform, close relationships across the business, and a team that values doing the work well.
