Reporting directly to the Purchasing Supervisor, you as a Buyer will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations by managing daily purchasing activities, ensuring material availability, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

You will play a key role in executing purchasing strategies, monitoring inventory levels,



and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production. Additionally, you will collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, manage purchase orders, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

You will work cross-functionally with planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the supply chain.

About the Job:
- Create and track purchase orders based on MRP analysis
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Follow up on shortages and provide updates to internal stakeholders
- Expedite materials as required to avoid production disruptions
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and master data (PPV approvals)
- Support supplier sourcing activities, including RFQs for production materials
- Monitor inventory levels and freight cost KPIs
- Manage past due purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
