The Service Specialist provides technical and operational support to the Service organization. This role acts as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, sales, and service partners, ensuring effective execution of services, spare parts management, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Customer Interface
- Respond to technical requests from internal technical teams and customers.
- Provide second-level technical guidance, including sharing manuals, technical documentation, and service-related information.
- Act as the primary Service contact for customers on operational and technical service matters.
- Support when required on-site installations, inspections, or technical reviews when required.
