Intugo partners with a U.S.based company specialized in immigration services, helping individuals regularize their legal status through various immigration solutions.
We are expanding our team and looking for Specialists to support our Finance & Collections operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts and monitor payment activity
- Follow up with clients regarding payments or discrepancies
- Negotiate payment plans and payoff options
- Analyze account history and financial data
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:
- Experience in collections, billing, customer service, or finance (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work full-time on-site
