- Record all donor information accurately in the system.
- Handle incoming calls while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Provide correct, accurate, and thorough information.
- Obtain and assess all relevant details to handle donor requests efficiently.

**Qualifications**:- Advanced or Native-level English required.
- Preferably 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with legal terms and jargon is a plus, but not required.
