**Responsibilities**- Prepare monthly reports of results, monthly forecasts, annual operating plan.
- Responsible for the activities related to accounting, for overall P&L; management and Balance integrity- Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports Create journal entries to correct balances in the general ledger- Prepare the reconciliations of the asset and liabilities balances from one accounting period to the next, reconciling the General Ledger balances to the support documentation.
- Establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets- Support internal controls review: due diligence (Customers / Suppliers review before to update the system), credit limit for customers, control file,



etc.- Actively prepares timely and accurate financial data to provide meaningful and insightful analysis to the Plant Manager and department leaders to support plant operations or objectives- Work closely with the FP&A; team for any booking needs or corrections.Also join force to work out customer profitability process.
