About the Role:
As a Technical Sales Account Manager, your day-to-day work will focus on a portfolio of assigned B2B OEM and project-based clients. You will invest time in deeply understanding your customers—their challenges, business goals, and priorities—and use your expertise to build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, turning them into long-term advocates.

This is a goal-oriented role that offers flexibility in how you approach your work.



You will play a key role in improving customer onboarding and implementation experiences based on your expertise and insights gained on the job.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Sales Account Manager at Progressive Automations, you will:
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase share of business through new projects and cross-selling.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value, monitor key account metrics, and proactively flag potential issues to quality and logistics teams.
- Oversee validation and implementation of new products within your accounts. Manage project timelines, orders, demand planning, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
