Your Mission: Ensure that every client receives the highest quality assistance service each time they contact us—acting as the trusted voice of International SOS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic, professional support to clients via phone and case management systems
- Accurately document all case details and updates
- Handle calls and cases efficiently, following company and client-specific protocols
- Collaborate with medical, security and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times
- Participate in shift handovers, administrative duties, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to health, safety,



and quality management procedures

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (completed)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong communication, follow-up, and client-focused skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and telephone etiquette
- Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (3-4 days per week)
