**Misión**:Asegurar la funcionalidad, confiabilidad y seguridad de las instalaciones (maquinaria, herramienta, equipos, edificios y servicios) a través de un óptimo y eficiente proceso de mantenimiento para lograr el menor deterioro, obteniendo un mejor aprovechamiento productivo de la empresa al mejor costo obteniendo la satisfacción de nuestros clientes internos.
**Responsabilidades**:- Observar y respetar las normas de seguridad, ambiental y laboral establecidas por la organización.
- Participar en las actividades de mejora continua a través de los programas institucionales de Desarrollo Organizacional y VPS (Sistema de Producción de Volvo) con el fin de optimizar los recursos para conseguir beneficios e ingresos para el negocio, donde aplique.
- Administrar y cumplir como administradores deben cumplir las responsabilidades y autoridades indicadas en el sistema de gestión cuando aplique.




- Atender situaciones de contingencia y emergencia ocurridas en las instalaciones, para que esta siga manteniendo su funcionabilidad en tiempo y forma.
- Mantener en condiciones satisfactorias de operación y de seguridad las instalaciones, maquinaria y equipo de la Organización.
- Actualizar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los Programas de Mantenimiento Preventivo y correctivo; basándose en necesidades de la planta y estableciendo prioridades- Elaborar y dar seguimiento a los reportes y registros del mantenimiento efectuado a las máquinas, equipos e instalaciones.
- Controlar el consumo de recursos (materiales y refacciones) para el logro de objetivos y cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento establecidos.
- Planear actividades de trabajos y/o proyectos; además coordinando con proveedores las reparaciones o mantenimientos a equipos, maquinaria e instalaciones que no puedan hacerse en el área respectiva y en el horario laboral.
- Supervisar e integrar un equipo de trabajo para supervisar orden y limpieza en planta con el fin de ofrecer al personal mejores condiciones para el desempeño de sus labores.
(5 S ́s)- Ofrecer alternativas o propuestas para la optimización de tiempo y recursos con el fin de reducir los costos de operación del Departamento.
- Verificar la seguridad del área, corrigiendo y reportando condiciones y actos inseguros, a fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad solicitados por la empresa.
- Administrar el Proceso de Sistemas de Gestión de Manatenimiento.
**Escolaridad**:Ing.Eléctrico, Mecánico, Industrial.
**Experiência**:De 3 a 5 años de mantenimiento industrial (Máquinas y Real Estate).
**Idioma**:Inglés Técnico.
