In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead cross‑functional teams to plan and execute new product introductions and manufacturing process transfers.

Define, monitor, and manage project milestones, technical requirements, and deliverables aligned with customer, engineering, quality, and regulatory standards.

Facilitate regular project reviews, proactively identify risks, and partner with functional leaders to implement mitigation plans.

Communicate project progress, performance, and key insights to plant and extended leadership teams.

Analyze technical and operational challenges, develop data‑driven solutions, and document process or material changes.

Ensure all project activities comply with quality management systems, environmental, health, and safety standards.
