Your Capabilities

You are a high-energy, people-focused sales person who sees sales as a way of helping people, not extracting money out of them. You know how to connect with people, ask the right questions,



and spark interest in a way that feels natural.

Experience in B2B sales (SDR & AE), ideally within SaaS or construction tech. You're comfortable talking to both hands-on construction teams and senior business leaders, and you build relationships through a humanistic, empathetic approach - because our customers aren't just numbers! Spanish and English Portuguese is a plus.

- closing deals or supporting later-stage sales conversations. If you're not an expert in construction or digital project delivery yet, you will be! A master in the art of influencing and persuasion with an extensive network in the construction and/or tech start-up industries.
- Experience building or scaling sales processes in new regions is a key.
