About CreatorAdsCreatorAds turns creator content into a scalable, measurable advertising media channel. We connect brands with thousands of creators to produce performance-driven campaigns — with the reach of traditional media and the authenticity of creators. We are expanding into Mexico and building our founding commercial team in CDMX.

The roleYou will own revenue in one of Latin America's largest advertising markets. As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll bring CreatorAds to the brands and agencies you already know — and open the ones you don't. This is a hunter role for senior sellers who want to sell a new category of media.

What you'll do

- Build and own a pipeline of brand and agency accounts in Mexico
- Sell CreatorAds' advertising solutions to CMOs, media directors, and agency leads
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Translate client media objectives (awareness, engagement, performance) into creator campaign proposals
- Partner with internal teams (client solutions, revops, measurement) grow accounts




- Represent CreatorAds at industry events and in the Mexican media ecosystem

What we're looking forMust have:

- Solid experience selling media in Mexico — digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, X/Twitter), TV, OOH, or media agencies/vendors
- An active network of brand and agency contacts in the Mexican market
- Proven quota attainment and a track record of closing large media deals
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
- Based in Mexico City — this is an on-site role

Nice to have:

- Experience selling influencer/creator marketing, branded content, or ad tech
- Experience opening a market or joining an early-stage commercial team
- Familiarity with CRM-driven sales processes (e.g., HubSpot)
