Job Description
Responsibilities
- Dedicated responsibility for handling wireless access issues across THE CLIENT estate.
- Handling network latching issues for wireless access points.
- Handling issues emerging in OT network devices relating to access, signal strength, dark spots and dropped connections.
- Access point health monitoring, restart and service restoration.
- Supporting the ongoing project to swap Cisco access points for Juniper access points
- Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation and provide support outside regular business hours, including weekends, when required for critical P1 and P2 incidents
- Experience in enterprise wireless network engineering and operations.
