We are on the lookout for a Lead Instructional Designer to join our team.
Our Workforce Experience team assists clients in advancing digital and IT transformation by identifying and addressing gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We conceive, produce, and deploy a wide variety of solutions for both online and in-person learning, including videos, articles, podcasts, interactive eLearning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments, all informed by the latest research in the learning sciences. In short, we go beyond "training" to craft learning experiences that truly make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Team up with Subject Matter Experts to identify the learning and enablement needs of the intended audiences
- Establish learning objectives that align with learner traits and program goals
- Review, refresh, or build content that clearly supports learning objectives and preferred delivery formats
- Shape compelling learning activities that reinforce and enrich the overall learning journey




- Produce storyboards and work hand in hand with multimedia developers to bring concepts to life as engaging instructional materials
- Picture the instructional graphics, user interfaces, and complete product experiences before production begins
- Craft assessment methods to measure the impact of individual elements, modules, or full courses
- Maintain well-structured project documentation and course folders across the entire delivery cycle
- Engage regularly with SMEs and colleagues in a courteous and professional way
- Embed adult learning principles and instructional design best practices into every task
- Build strong ties with internal teams to make the most of available tools and shared resources

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related area
- A minimum of 5 years of applied professional experience in instructional design
- At least 1 year in a people management or team leader
