About the Mission
411 Locals is hiring a Director of Creative Strategy to lead our high-volume Meta Ads video performance engine. We generate direct-response leads for 3,500+ US home service SMBs (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.) and are scaling to 10,000+ accounts. This is NOT a brand marketing or corporate video role—it is a data-first growth role focused on CPL reduction and rapid creative testing.
Key Performance Targets
Leads per Customer/Day: Scale average from 0.3 ➔ 2+ leads/day.
Cost Per Lead (CPL): Reduce blended CPL from $15 ➔ Under $10.
Testing Scale: Discover scalable winning video ad formulas weekly across 20+ verticals.
Core Responsibilities
Video Performance Engine: Build and run a high-velocity testing system producing and evaluating 100s of short-form/UGC video concepts monthly.
Creative Decay Strategy: Analyze Meta Ads performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate) to replace decaying creatives before performance drops.
Team Leadership: Lead a remote team of Creative Strategists, AI Video Producers, and freelancers with strict production velocity.
Systematized Scaling: Scale winning video concepts across thousands of client accounts.
Must-Have Qualifications
8+ years in performance marketing, direct-response advertising, or creative strategy.
5+ years managing creative, paid social, or marketing operations teams.
Proven mastery of Meta Ads Manager data and direct-response lead generation (local SMB / home services experience preferred).
Systematic experimentation mindset (TEST ➔ MEASURE ➔ KILL ➔ ITERATE ➔ WIN ➔ SCALE).
Work Conditions:
Compensation: $4,000 USD / month base + performance bonuses tied to CPL and lead targets.
