Job Summary:
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled.



The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reportando al Gerente de Producción, responsable de administrar una línea de producción, realizando el correcto uso de los recursos humanos, materiales, maquinarias y tiempo para la correcta ejecución de los planes de producción.
Como es un día en el trabajo:
Seguimiento al plan de producción diario y cumplimiento hora por hora.
Administración y desarrollo del personal a cargo.
Análisis de cuellos de botella y resolución efectiva de problema
