Full Stack Engineer – Integration & Automation (India) – Job Description & Phone
Screen Criteria [Job Description] Responsibilities Build and maintain
integrations between internal systems, third-party APIs, and AI/ML services in
production Design automation workflows that reduce manual processes (data
pipelines, scheduled jobs, event-driven triggers) Develop full stack product
features — frontend to API to database — with a focus on reliability and clean
system boundaries [Job Description] Qualifications (purposefully light) BS in
Engineering or Computer Science Comfortable across the stack: backend language
(Python, Node.js, or similar), frontend framework (React, Vue, etc.), and SQL
Experience connecting systems via REST APIs, webhooks, or message queues
Systematic, structured thought process Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD
concepts and how AI-powered browser automation works [Phone Screen] 2 hard
requirements to screen for when meeting them: Have they built and maintained
production integrations where multiple systems depend on each other, and had to
handle what happens when things break? Please capture experiences with real
multi-system wiring (APIs, databases, third-party services) and the complexity
of their failure handling. Integration pain (retries, data consistency,
timeouts, race conditions) takes precedence over standalone app experience This
aims to eliminate candidates who have only built isolated CRUD applications. We
need someone who’s lived the messy reality of systems that depend on each other
How are they currently using AI coding tools, and what was their experience when
they noticed a weakness and how did they go about it. Please screen for lack of
excitement and very generic, vague answers. Integration and automation work is
disproportionately boilerplate and API wiring — exactly where AI tools provide
the biggest lift. We need someone who leans into this.
