Your Impact

As Sustainability Lead / EHS Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across our Guadalajara manufacturing site while advancing our sustainability agenda.

You will work closely with manufacturing leaders, frontline teams, and global collaborators to create safer operations, drive environmental improvements,



and strengthen a culture where every employee takes ownership of safety and continuous improvement.

This is much more than a compliance role. It's an opportunity to influence culture, shape behaviors, and help develop the future of manufacturing leadership within PMI.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Safety & Environmental Excellence

Drive Environmental, Health & Safety programs across the manufacturing site.
Ensure compliance with local laws, corporate requirements, and general standards.
Lead audits, inspections, corrective actions, and risk mitigation initiatives.
Monitor key EHS indicators and drive continuous improvement actions.
Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement, and visible leadership.

Advance Sustainability Performance

Support initiatives focused on:
Energy efficiency
Water management
Waste reduction
Environmental impact reduction
Contribute to the achievement of sustainability targets and long-term operational goals.
