Job Description
Primary Function of Position:




This position is responsible for overseeing all cost accounting activities within the manufacturing environment, providing management with accurate and timely financial data to support strategic decision-making. This position ensures the integrity of product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis in alignment with Corporate Policies and Procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining Cost Accounting SOPs, DOPs, and Work Instructions aligned to corporate guidelines and SOX compliance.
Manages day-to-day activities related to standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing cost analysis, and ensures timely completion of the Month End Close Process.
Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly cost reporting and explains variances over Budget and Forecast.
Supports the business with cost-related metrics and internal reporting, as needed.
Provides ad hoc cost trends and standard cost analysis.
