Job Description

The Training Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day administration and operational effectiveness of Thomson Reuters training programs. This position supports a wide range of training operations activities, including learner support, training administration, learning management system (LMS) administration, continuing education tracking, certifications, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Data Integrity

Ensure learner records, attendance data, completion records, and certificates are accurately reflected within training systems.




Support continuing education and certification programs by helping ensure systems properly track and assign credits based on established business rules.
Monitor training records and reporting for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and partner with the appropriate teams to investigate and resolve issues.
Perform validation activities that support the integrity of training records, reporting, certifications, and continuing education evidence.
Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to established operational procedures.

Training Operations & Customer Support

Provide operational support for customer-facing and internal training programs.
Partner with trainers, content teams, operations teams, product teams, and external vendors to deliver a high-quality learner experience.
Investigate and resolve learner access, enrollment, attendance, reporting, certification, and other training-related issues.
