As an IT Business Specialist, you will serve as a key liaison between business users and IT teams. You will help identify operational needs, provide application support, troubleshoot technology-related issues, and contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to understand operational needs and technology-related challenges.
Provide second-level support for business applications and IT solutions.




Troubleshoot incidents using a structured, evidence-based approach.
Break down problems into clear, sequential, and verifiable steps.
Document incidents, findings, actions, decisions, and solutions with appropriate traceability.
Coordinate issue resolution with internal IT teams, subject-matter experts, and external vendors.
Maintain clear and timely communication with users throughout the resolution process.
Participate in system testing, deployments, enhancements, and stabilization activities.
Develop and maintain procedures, user guides, checklists, and knowledge resources.
Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, automation, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Monitor commitments, priorities, risks, dependencies, and agreed deadlines.
Confirm that implemented solutions effectively address the original business need.
