Job Summary
The People Relations and Compliance (PRC) Specialist supports the Global HR Compliance Lead in the administration, governance, and execution of key general HR compliance programs. The role serves as a central coordination point for HR Crisis Management, Business Continuity Planning, HR Policy Management, Internal and External Audits, and operational support across the Employee Relations (ER), Labor Relations (LR), and HR Compliance functions.
This position partners with HR, Employment Law, Risk Management, and business stakeholders to promote compliance, operational readiness, risk mitigation, and governance across the People Organization globally. The role requires strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a complex global environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Global HR Crisis Management Administration
Support the Global HR Compliance Lead in the administration and coordination of HR Crisis Management activities globally.




Maintain crisis management documentation, governance materials, action trackers, and reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional activities related to HR crisis events and business disruptions.
Support preparedness reviews, tabletop exercises, and post-incident assessments.
Monitor and track completion of corrective actions and mitigation plans arising from crisis management reviews.
Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and leadership presentations regarding crisis management activities.
2. Business Continuity Management (BCM) Governance
Oversee the annual Business Continuity Review process for the People Organization.
Coordinate with HR functional leaders to ensure continuity plans remain current and aligned with business requirements.
Monitor completion of continuity assessments, risk reviews, and testing activities.
Consolidate global BCM results and provide reporting to HR leadership.
