Growth Marketing Manager — Remote (Mexico) $2,000–$4,000 USD/month, based on experience
About Us We are building a portfolio of Mexican-inspired spirits brands in the U.S.
Our current brand, Volada Vodka, is inspired by Mexican aguas frescas and is sold across Texas and additional U.S. markets. Website: www.voladavodka.com Instagram: @voladavodka
We are now launching De Volada Mexican Candy Shot, a ready-to-pour spicy watermelon tequila shot inspired by one of the most popular shot cocktails in Texas — think Smirnoff Spicy Tamarind, or Gran Malo, but focused on the American market. We're growing fast in the US and looking for someone to own our marketing from the ground up, working directly with our CEO to build our Mexican Candy Shot brand's content, advertising, and creator program. It’s critical that you speak excellent English since you will be marketing to the U.S. consumer at an American company while working remotely from Mexico.
What you'll be doing:
You'll work closely with our Texas team,
including our field/market manager and our fractional content creator, to plan and execute campaigns across our brands.
Running our UGC and influencer creator outreach and gifting program
Planning and executing paid advertising campaigns
Directing creative for content creators, photographers, and videographers at events
Editing raw footage into polished short-form content
Building out our content strategy across the funnel — from brand awareness to conversion
Requirements: This is an individual contributor role. The requirements below should reflect work you personally did, whether at an agency or a brand — but not work that you outsourced to other team members or an external agency.
Proven, at-scale UGC/influencer outreach experience. Not a handful of one-off collaborations — you've run a systematic outreach and gifting program, tracked with a spreadsheet or CRM, with meaningful weekly/monthly volume.
