What You’ll Do
In this role,
you will work closely with the AI End User and Governance team to make Teradata's AI and productivity tools easier for employees to adopt.
Utilize AI tools to build simple automations, templates, or tool setups under the team's guidance that make AI tools like Claude and Copilot easier for employees to use.
Create draft training materials, quick-reference guides, and short how-to videos that the team uses to onboard employees to AI and Microsoft 365 tools.
Prepare materials for onboarding sessions and office hours, and join the team in running them to see how employees learn to use new tools.
Compile adoption and usage data into simple summaries and charts that help the team understand how tools are being used.
Test new AI tools and features hands-on, and write up clear notes on what works and what's confusing for end users.
