We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation for our industrial construction initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all documents are properly controlled, archived, and accessible to project stakeholders while maintaining compliance with industry standards and organizational procedures.
Receive, review, and organize all project documents including drawings, specifications, permits, contracts, and correspondence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date document control logs and databases
Implement and enforce document management procedures and version control protocols
Distribute documents to appropriate project team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
Create and maintain comprehensive document filing systems, both physical and digital
