Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reportando a un Ingeniero Industrial el Supervisor Industrial es responsable de dirigir las operaciones de manufactura dentro de un turno o área asignada, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, entrega, productividad y costos. Esta posición lidera equipos de producción, promueve la mejora continua y garantiza el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos de la organización.
Responsabilidades Principales:
Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias de producción para cumplir con el plan de manufactura y los requerimientos del cliente.
Liderar, capacitar y desarrollar al personal operativo y líderes de línea.
Monitorear indicadores principal de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con seguridad, calidad, productividad, entregas y costos.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de procedimientos operativos, instrucciones de trabajo y estándares de calidad.
