About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner supporting the Americas region, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, driving talent acquisition strategy, recruitment operations excellence,
and data-driven decision making. You will play a key role in shaping hiring outcomes, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with the ability to work with cross-functional partners to drive projects toward completion (Strong Excel experience required).
Ability to successfully analyse data to tell the story, utilizing Power BI, Excel, Workforce analytics and similar tools.
Ensure compliant recruiting practices are adhered to through reviewing and implementing regional governance.
Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to HRBPs and business leaders across the Americas.
