As a Recruiter, you will act as a strategic talent advisor partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes aligned with organizational priorities. This role goes beyond execution, focusing on influencing hiring decisions, shaping talent strategies, and building long-term workforce capability across technical, managerial, and leadership roles.

You will play a key role in elevating how we attract, assess, and hire talent, ensuring we build strong pipelines for critical and high-impact positions across engineering, sales, and leadership functions.

Our Team

You will be part of Koch Recruiting, supporting hiring efforts primarily for Molex operations in Guadalajara. The team collaborates closely with business leaders to drive talent strategies that enable operational excellence, growth, and long-term value creation.

What You Will Do

Support recruiting efforts by executing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management activities aligned with business hiring needs




Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring activities and ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
Support full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of positions including engineering, technical, operational, and professional roles.
Participate in intake meetings to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.
Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels
Gather and share market and talent insights to support recruiting activities.
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in recruiting processes, tools, and stakeholder engagement
Elevate the candidate experience and strengthen employer brand positioning in the local market
