Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, redlining procurement contracts using standard templates and guidelines.
- Manage the contract lifecycle from inception of an agreement through contract closure
- Prepare contracts, including master agreements, statements of work, licensing agreements, renewals, amendments, and other similar agreements using based standard templates and guidelines.
- Assist Contracts resources/ legal team in their negotiation of legal terms with suppliers.
- Update Contract Management System and maintain centralized file storage system
- Good working knowledge of business concepts and terminology, and the ability to assess business risk when ma
