FrontEnd Developer Sr Senior Developer to help enhance and extend our internal developer platform. This role will focus on developing and customizing Backstage capabilities, building integrations with cloud and DevOps tools, and creating a streamlined developer experience across engineering teams. The idóneo candidate combines strong React and TypeScript development skills with experience integrating cloud-native applications, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling within a modern platform engineering environment.

Cursor ,

Claude Code ,

Kiro , GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Backstage plugins, components, and integrations. Design and build user-facing features using React and TypeScript.

Integrate

Backstage with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and internal engineering tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions. Build and maintain APIs and services that support Backstage functionality. Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and implementation guides. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to platform engineering best practices. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality. Troubleshoot platform issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
