We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in

PHP and TypeScript to design, build, and operate scalable, reliable systems and infrastructure .

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet performance, scalability, and availability goals , while driving engineering excellence through automation, observability, and collaboration . You will lead by example through strong technical design, effective incident management, and mentorship, ensuring system resilience and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and fullstack applications using

PHP and TypeScript .

Build and operate highly available, reliable services that meet performance and uptime requirements.

Lead technical design and architecture discussions , ensuring best practices and scalability.

Implement and enhance observability

(logging, monitoring, tracing) to improve system reliability.

Drive automation across development, testing, and deployment processes.

Participate in and lead incident management , including root cause analysis and post-mortems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA)



to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.

Contribute to improving engineering standards, processes, and tooling .

Preferred Skills

5–8+ years of experience in software engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with:

PHP

(Laravel, Symfony, or similar frameworks)

TypeScript / JavaScript

(Node.js and/or modern frontend frameworks like React)

Experience designing and building distributed systems and microservices architectures .

Strong understanding of

System design, scalability, and performance optimization

RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture

Experience with observability tools

(logging, monitoring, tracing).

Proficiency with version control systems (Git) .

Experience with

CI/CD pipelines and automation tools .

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration

(Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems.

Experience with database design and optimization

(SQL/NoSQL).

Understanding of security best practices in application development.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
