Position: Open Source Contributor

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50 - $100/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

- Contribute production-quality code, reviews, and documentation to open-source repositories.

- Design, implement, and optimize complex algorithms and system components.

- Identify and resolve technical challenges, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with other contributors and stakeholders to align deliverables with project goals.

- Create, maintain, and enhance technical documentation for knowledge sharing.

- Participate in code discussions and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

- Have strong relevant experience in contributing to open-source projects.

- Applicants must have clear open source contributions and profiles like GitHub or GitLab.

- Experience with C , Python, JAVA, GoLang, Typescript, or Rust is required.

- Previous experience working on large-scale, distributed codebases is preferred.

- Familiarity with modern AI or machine learning systems is a plus.
