We’re Hiring Retail Sales Executive Loewe

As Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for executing sell-out strategies according to the needs of each retailer's point of sale, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives through proper supervision of the sales team.

Main duties:
Supervision of the point of sales team to ensure the achievement of sales quotas
Define line objectives to ensure the projected growth ranking and market share by retailer and by door
Fulfill the sell-out quota each month according to each point of sale in their area.
Develop commercial strategies at the point of sale to suggest options on how to maintain business viability
Supervise sales and marketing/trade marketing activities to ensure that sales objectives are met
Effectively resolve issues related to BCs and point of sale needs to ensure the achievement of objectives
Recruitment and Selection of BCs to ensure a good team that meets objectives on time
Fulfill the sell-out quota each month according to each point of sale in their area.




Responsible for achieving and maintaining the % turnover and career plan of the point of sale team

Skills and requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
Ability to anticipate sales requirements and market and brand needs
Problem-solving
Team leadership
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Sales-oriented
Analytical skills for decision-making
Strong sales techniques
Intermediate/advanced English
