Role Description The Asistente role is a full-time hybrid position based in Mexico City, Mexico, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves handling phone calls and emails, preparing basic reports, and coordinating internal and external communications. The Asistente will support team members with logistical tasks, assist in organizing meetings and events,



and ensure that office operations run smoothly. Collaboration, discretion, and reliability are essential, as the role contributes directly to efficient workflows and timely client service.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management abilities, including experience prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in office tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendars) and comfort working with digital files and basic databases.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; basic to intermediate English skills are an advantage.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling, data entry, and record keeping.
Customer service mindset, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
