Role Description The Sales Assistant role is a remote, contract position focused on supporting the growth of Di Lorenzo Soccer Mindset’s programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries from prospective clients, providing clear information about offerings,



and guiding families through the enrollment process. The Sales Assistant will assist in scheduling consultations, maintaining accurate records of leads and client interactions, and following up to ensure a smooth customer journey. This role also involves collaborating with the coaching and operations teams to align messaging, identify opportunities for outreach, and contribute to a positive client experience. The idóneo candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.
