Process Transformation Lead – SAP S/4HANA
Description -
We are seeking an experienced business transformation leader to drive the migration of Contract Lifecycle Management, Billing, and related operational processes from legacy SAP environments to SAP S/4HANA. This role will serve as the primary business lead for the transformation, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable solutions, processes are redesigned to leverage SAP best practices, and the organization is prepared for successful adoption.
Beyond the migration, the role will drive process simplification, automation, data quality, reporting improvements, and operational excellence initiatives to support the future operating model for Contract Lifecycle Management and Billing operations.
The successful candidate will define future-state business processes, influence enterprise-wide decisions, and ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions that support business growth and customer experience objectives.

Responsibilities




- Lead the business transformation and migration of Contract Lifecycle Management, Billing, and related operational processes from legacy SAP environments to SAP S/4HANA.
- Act as the primary liaison between Business Operations, IT, SAP teams, and external partners throughout the transformation journey.
- Define business requirements, future-state processes, and operating models to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Drive process standardization, simplification, automation, and operational efficiency through SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional process redesign activities across Business Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Support testing, deployment, cutover, change management, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Establish governance, business controls, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to sustain business outcomes.
