PhilippinesAbout the RoleAt Pavago, one of our clients is hiring aPerformance Marketing Specialistto manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.This is a hands-on paid media role focused onmeasurable growth and acquisition performance— not simply campaign coordination.You'll own campaign execution, budget optimization, conversion tracking, A/B testing, attribution, and performance reporting, with a focus on improvingROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates.You'll collaborate with creative, content, sales, fit.What You'll OwnPaid Media Campaign ManagementBuild, launch, and manage campaigns across:Google AdsMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)LinkedIn AdsOther relevant paid channelsManage campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, sales, revenue, and brand growthDevelop and test audiences, messaging, creatives, and campaign structuresManage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and placementsScale winning campaigns while maintaining performance efficiencyCampaign Optimization & GrowthMonitor campaign performance and optimize accounts regularlyImprove key metrics including:Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)Cost Per Lead (CPL)Click-Through Rate (CTR)Conversion RateIdentify underperforming campaigns and implement improvementsTest new channels, audiences, formats, and acquisition strategiesScale successful campaigns based on performance dataA/B Testing & ExperimentationDevelop and execute structured tests across:Ad creativesCopy and through campaign dataFunnel & Conversion OptimizationUnderstand the full customer acquisition journey from impression to conversionIdentify funnel drop-offs and recommend improvementsCollaborate with
