Objective of the position:
Lead cross-functional teams to identify the most critical field issues, analyze trends, open and manage FRACAS investigations, and escalate technical concerns to the appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs).



Provide the structure, accountability, project management, and coordination needed to drive issues from identification through sustainable resolution in a timely manner.
The FQT Lead will work within a team of fellow FQT Leads and will focus on a specific portion of the vehicle. They will also own unique tertiary responsibilities, such as company and team reporting on quality, FRACAS tool and process ownership, Rate Planning, report out forums, etc.
Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and teams to deliver timely, data-driven results.
Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies. Black Belt Certification, PMP Certification, or other structured problem-solving certification required.
