You'll be a critical safeguard against supply disruptions — identifying risks early, driving recovery plans, and keeping shipments on track so our customers receive what they need, when they need it.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Specialist, Delivery Assurance, you'll be responsible for:Monitoring supplier delivery performance to ensure continuity of material supply and support production requirementsIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks that could impact customer deliveries or manufacturing operationsDriving supplier recovery plans for critical shortages, capacity constraints, quality issues, and logistics disruptionsManaging delivery assurance processes and working to achieve day-to-day delivery assurance objectivesImplementing solutions for shipment coordination, sub-process suppliers, and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery,



and identifying root causes impacting delivery performanceImplementing process improvements and deploying delivery assurance systems for early identification of shortagesCollaborating with other departments to meet customer requirements and minimize negative business impacts in the case of shortagesEnsuring timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned complex componentsRequirementsWe are looking for people who are proactive, analytical, and strong problem-solvers, with a sense of urgency and a collaborative mindset.
