You'll play a key role in maintaining high network availability, resolving technical issues, and supporting mission-critical connectivity solutions.What You'll DoNetwork Operations & SupportProvide technical support to U.S.-based B2B customers.Configure, manage, and troubleshootMikroTikandCiscorouters and switches across core and edge ISP networks.Monitor network performance, resolve outages, and ensure high network availability.Diagnose and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.Fixed Wireless InfrastructurePlan, deploy, and troubleshoot Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) infrastructure.SupportPoint-to-Point (PTP)andPoint-to-Multipoint (PTMP)wireless links.Work with wireless platforms including:CambiumUbiquiti / UniFiAviatSiklu / CeragonSupport fixed wireless, managed Wi-Fi, Starlink, and wireless mesh/backhaul solutions.Routing & Network ManagementImplement and maintain dynamic routing protocols, including:OSPFBGPMaintain reliable routing across ISP network infrastructure.Support network performance optimization and stability.Required Experience & SkillsFlawless written and verbal English communication skills.Previous experience in customer-facing technical support roles.Hands-on experience with fixed wireless/WISP technologies,
