Spanish and classify them using a standardized taxonomy in Americanized English. Your cultural knowledge and linguistic skills will directly help enhance food category recognition across diverse integral markets. What You Will Do

Read & Review:

Analyze the name, category, and description of menu items written in

Spanish Confirm Context

Check the item photo (if available) to visually verify the food type. Classify (Dish Label):

Assign the most accurate Dish Label from an English-language taxonomy dropdown (e.g., searching keywords like "pasta" or "grilled chicken"). Categorize (Course Label):

Select the appropriate Course Label in English (e.g., Appetizer, Main Course, Side Dish, Dessert, Beverage, Other). Add Contextual Notes:

Provide a brief note for any items that seem unclear, ambiguous, or highly localized to ensure no data row is left blank.
