We are looking for an autonomous, highly experienced Developer Experience (DevEx) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind improving our developers' day-to-day lives by streamlining the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines. You will take full ownership of our build and deployment infrastructure, primarily focusing on Jenkins, to reduce friction, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure fast, reliable software delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an independent environment, possesses strong scripting capabilities,



and makes data-driven decisions based on DORA metrics to continuously elevate engineering productivity.
Required Tech:
Extensive, hands-on experience architecting and maintaining Jenkins infrastructure.
Strong experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker.
Solid hands-on experience with Cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS.
Strong scripting skills for automation (Bash, Python).
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CI/CD best practices.
Strong understanding of DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, Time to Restore Service) and how to measure/improve them.
Advanced knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
Preferred Tech:
Writing Jenkins pipelines in Groovy (Huge Plus).
Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
