Your role

Lead the design, development, integration, validation, and release of automotive systems and components.
Define technical requirements and develop solutions that meet performance, quality, cost, and timing objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Manage engineering documentation, risk assessments, validation activities, and design changes.
Drive innovation, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and product launch support.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards,



manufacturing requirements, and customer expectations.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in automotive product design, development, validation, and release processes.
Knowledge of CAD tools (NX, CATIA), Teamcenter, DFMEA, DVP&R;, GD&T;, FEA, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Understanding of automotive electrical/electronic systems, vehicle architectures, and manufacturing processes.
Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and supplier management skills.
Excellent communication abilities and advanced English proficiency.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities.
