? URGENT HIRING: L2/L3 Remote Data Center Hardware & Break-Fix Engineer (US Client)
We are looking for a Data Center Hardware Specialist with strong hands-on Break-Fix experience (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Supermicro, GPUs) and fluent spoken English to support mission-critical enterprise environments.
Position Type: 100% Remote / Independent Contractor (USD/hr)
Hourly Rate: $15.00 – $20.00 USD / hour (Based on technical experience)
Schedule: Full-Time Availability
Core Responsibilities:
Remote hardware diagnostics, triage, and log analysis (iDRAC, HPE iLO, Lenovo XClarity, IPMI, BMC).
Component-level physical failure isolation: CPUs, Motherboards, RAM ECC, PSUs, NVMe/SAS, PCIe endpoints, and GPU Accelerators (NVIDIA/AMD).
Low-level Linux hardware debug CLI (dmesg, journalctl, dmidecode, ipmitool, lspci, nvme-cli).
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and firmware lifecycle updates.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Center hardware maintenance, field engineering, or hardware validation.
English Proficiency: B2+ / C1 (Must be comfortable holding technical discussions and voice calls with integral teams).
Proven experience with Out-of-Band (OOB) management and enterprise rack/blade servers.
