About the role
As a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Integration, you will serve as the second-tier escalation point for our SAP Ariba procurement platform, resolving complex functional and technical issues and partnering with procurement, finance, and IT teams to keep the platform running reliably.



This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real integration and workflow problems that keep the business moving, with direct visibility into how procurement technology supports company-wide operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, Enterprise Systems Integration, you'll be responsible for:
Serving as Level 2 escalation support for SAP Ariba modules including Buying and Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, and Ariba Network
Troubleshooting and resolving complex functional and technical issues, including workflow errors, approval flow failures, integration faults, and master data discrepancies
Developing, configuring, and maintaining Ariba solutions, including custom forms, approval workflows, catalog management, and business rules
Supporting and monitoring integrations between Ariba and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC via CIG, middleware, or AP
