Dust to Dazzle Maids is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in East Texas, operating since 1982. We're hiring a full-time, remote Client Success Coordinator to run day-to-day operations inside our CRM (Jobber). This is a customer-facing role — you'll be scheduling jobs, processing invoices, sending quotes, and talking directly with our clients by phone, text, and email. You'll also help retain and grow accounts through upselling.

Responsibilities
Schedule and manage technician and customer appointments in Jobber
Process invoices and handle billing questions
Build and send quotes to new and existing clients
Handle inbound customer service calls, texts, and emails
Proactively follow up with clients to retain service and prevent cancellations
Identify and pitch upsell opportunities (add-on services, upgraded packages)

Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience using Jobber — required, please don't apply without this




Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be the voice of our company to US customers
Strong customer service instincts — friendly, patient, solution-oriented
Comfortable making upsell conversations feel natural, not pushy
Reliable high-speed internet, working headset, quiet work environment
Available to work Monday–Friday during US Central Time business hours

Pay & Payment
Starting rate: $10/hr, full-time
Upsell bonus opportunities — earn extra for closed upsells and add-on services
Paid via Wise
